Brilliant!

Lost 16 pounds over the 10 week program after previously trying calorie counting with exercising which wasn’t working for me at all. I was surprised that I really enjoyed the food on this diet and wasn’t hungry. Even now I’m finished the 10 weeks It’s really helped me change my eating habits and make healthier choices thank you so much! Also seen massive improvements in my skin.

Decent

I did follow the plan for 2 weeks. It really helped with my pcos and also with losing weight. I would recommend if your really willing to stick to plan and follow each of the recipes. The diet can be a bit pricey, but also this guide and research can make things very accommodating
