Can Balance be taken with birth control?

Yes

Can I take this with Inositol as well?

Balance contains 3g Inositol per serve so it isn't really necessary to take additional. However for some people they feel it helps, so if you would like to add additional Inositol, please take Balance in the morning and then Inositol either mid afternoon or just before bed to space it out

Can I take this with my other multivitamin?

Please reach out to us or your pharmacist to ensure you aren't exceeding any daily limits.

Why do I feel unwell after starting Balance?

Due to the magnesium some may get a slight upset stomach. What we suggest to do is to cut down to ¼ measured teaspoon and slowly work your way up to the daily dosage as your body adjusts.

Mix one level scoop in any liquid of your choice. Ideally, drink your Balance first thing in the morning.

It gave me my period back :O

I've always had irregular periods, and would only be able to get periods, with the help of birthcontrol pills. But birthcontrol pills was not healthy for my mental health, so I stopped taking them. I stopped getting periods, for about 5 years. Last year, I started Balance supplements, and half a year into taking them, I got my period for the first time in a long time!! I am so thankful for Drew and his team, and I am positively surprised by, how much this supplement has helped me to have a working cyclus, stomach, and more.

Energy and positive thinking!

From the first few days of taking the supplements, my mindset has been more positive (I suffer from pretty bad anxiety & depression because of my pcos), and ive had a bunch more energy! No progress on my cycle yet, but all positive things so far - been on the supplements for almost a month now

Good product, bad delivery

I have taken it for a month and could notice the difference in my weight, mood and skin. I ordered a second one for home delivery and got to know on the last day that I need to pick it up from the Post Office. Really unhappy with the delivery, but want to try the product for few more months
